our clients

Peak Behavioral Health serves clients of all age groups with ASD, ADHD, and more

Children

We offer therapy options for children, including infants. By incorporating play into your child’s therapy, we help them feel more comfortable and able to open up during their treatment. We often take referrals from pediatricians and other child-centered professionals.

Middle and High School Students

Navigating middle school and high school can be tough for anyone. For a student with a disability or neurodiversity, that challenge gets ten times harder. Many of our therapists work specifically with adolescents to help them navigate their particular challenges.

Adults

Many neurodiverse adults, especially those with ASD or ADHD, get left out of treatment options. People tend to focus on children and forget that adults can need support, too. Peak Behavioral Health provides that support.

At Peak Behavioral Health, we have an amazing team of experienced Psychologists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), Licensed Social Workers, Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), and Occupational Therapists. We also have a wide-ranging scope of expertise.

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

Autism Spectrum Disorder looks different for each person. In general, ASD consists of difficulties with social communication, restricted interests, repetitive behavior, and sensory sensitivities and/or increased sensory interests.

ADHD

ADHD may cause difficulty focusing in some areas, hyper-focus in other areas, executive function struggles, and impulsive behavior. Much like ASD, ADHD presents differently in each person who has it.

Intellectual Disabilities

Intellectual disabilities can cause difficulty with learning, either broadly or in specific areas. We tailor our therapies for each person, helping with social skills, daily care tasks, and more.

Mental Health Challenges

Mental health issues can include difficulties managing mood and behavior. The psychologists and therapists at Peak Behavioral Health offer counseling and other services to help children cope with these struggles. We often see children and their families with the difficulty related to:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Oppositional Defiant Behavior

  • Tic Disorders

  • ADHD

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder

  • Toileting

  • Grief and Loss

  • Obsessive-Compulsive tendencies
